Never Change (Hulu, 2026)

This comedy has a 25% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, but Rec League exists so that I can tell you not to worry about that —too much. Written by John Reynolds (Search Party), dir Marty Schousboe (Joe Pera Talks with You), Never Change is a high school farce not unlike Wet Hot American Summer or Theater Camp, Pizza Movie. It’s absurd, the writing is stilted and the plot doesn’t hold up, but it’s a giggle fest and it stars some of the best Chicago/New York comedians…and Topher Grace lol. Ok, AMA.
