A Country Library In The Summer

…it’s a kind of nostalgic feeling to wait out the rain with a read aloud, or linger at the hydration station until the heat wave passes. I’ve learned to locate the town library when we travel. I put it on our agenda with a toddler because libraries can be a true godsend when we’re on our third hour of a early morning wake up, or the weather is too hot to function or a thunderstorm is in the forecast.
