Singing The Song Backwards If It’s Stuck

My daughter’s nursery rhymes get stuck in my head at night. In my head, I reverse sing the rhyme or lyric word for word and it shakes me of the tune/stickiness of the ear-worm (until the following day when it finds its way back in.)
