Wooden Spreader

This wooden spreader has such a lovely hand feel, it’s like a cross between a wooden spatula and a butter knife. This is one of those tools that becomes more multi-use the longer it’s in my kitchen. So far, I find myself using it like a spatula, spreading jam with it, or serving soft cheese, or singing into it like a small microphone while I wait for chocolate to melt in a double boiler.
