Wave To Folks From Your Stoop

My daughter sits outside with her ice cream and waves to neighbors. I like the community feel, and when busy folks slow down to say hi back. She decided that some neighbors are “too boy”, so she’s not waving at everyone, but stoop culture is alive and well.
